WhatsApp Group Submission Rules

Please follow these guidelines carefully

Required Information

• Group name must exactly match your WhatsApp group/channel name
• Select your category, you want to promote your group or your channel.
• Upload the same Display Picture used in your WhatsApp group
• Enter correct or active email
• Select the category of your group channel. If none of the categories match, click on Others and submit.
• Clear description about your group (150 characters max)
• Valid WhatsApp group invite link

Prohibited Content

• Fake or misleading information (name, DP, description)
• Duplicate submissions of same group
• Admin-approval required groups (must be public)

Additional Information

• Manual review may take 24-48 hours
• You’re responsible for your group’s content
• Groups must comply with WhatsApp’s policies
